  • 16 oz Ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 2tbs bread crumbs
  • 2tbs copped parsley
  • 1 onion minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced


  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead with hands.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Cook in an oven on 425F for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden. (depends on the size of the meatballs)
  4. Garnish with parsley and pomegranate seeds.
  5. Drizzle some pomegranate molasses.
