Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup Cooked quinoa
  • 2 Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • ½ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Lemon’s juice
  • 2 tbs Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs Pomegranate molasses

Method

  1. Cook the quinoa and prepare the pomegranate molasses dressing.
  2. Make sure to chop and prep the remaining ingredients of the parsley and cucumber. Toss the other ingredients and pomegranate molasses dressing in a bowl and serve.
