Pomegranate Pink Lemonade

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Molassity pomegranate molasses
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Lemon slices and mint for garnishing

For the garnish

  1. Heat a grilling pan on high.
  2. Coat the lemon slices with sugar and grill in the pan until they are golden and charred.
  3. Pour the lemonade in serving glasses.
  4. Serve with grilled lemon slices, mint, and ice if desired.
