  • 2 Fresh corn (cooked and cut off the cob)
  • 2 Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 Avocado (chopped into cubes)
  • 2 small radish (sliced)
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbs Pomegranate molasses

Method

Mix all vegetables together and drizzle the molasses and combine well. Serve and garnish with parsley leaves.
