Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • Marinade ingredients:
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbs pomegranate molasses
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs cajun powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • - Peanuts and rosemary (optional)

Method

  1. Marinade the chicken with the ingredients and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Roast chicken in the oven for 40 minutes or until cooked and browned.
  3. Serve with hot sauce and garnish as you wish.
  4. Enjoy with your family and friends!
