Puff Pastry Dessert

This puff pastry dessert recipe is very fun to recreate, especially with the selection of seasonal fruits. These pastries are a good substitute for breakfast or even celebrating with friends for brunch!

Puff Pastry Dessert

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Servings: 4-6


2 Puff pastry sheets
¼ cup Cream
1 tbs Powder sugar
Fruits for garnishing
Pomegranate Molasses


  1. Cut puff pastry sheets to small squares. (you need even number of squares, each sheet makes 8 squares)
  2. Make a circular whole in half of the squares.
  3. Assemble the squares with the wholes on top of each normal square and bake.
  4. Remove the puffs when golden and set aside.
  5. Make the cream by mixing cream and powdered sugar and let sit in fridge.
  6. when puffs are cold enough add one table spoon of cream on top of the puffs in the whole and garnish with fruits. Drizzle molasses on top.
