Corn Salad

This recipe is nutritious when it comes to making a refreshing salad. Drizzle some pomegranate molasses on top to complement it’s tart and sweet flavors.

Corn Salad Recipe

Servings: 6


2 Fresh corn (cooked and cut off the cob)
2 Cucumber (sliced)
1 Avocado (chopped into cubes)
2 small radish (sliced)
Parsley (chopped)
2 tbs Pomegranate molasses


Mix all vegetables together and drizzle the molasses and combine well. Serve and garnish with parsley leaves.
