Pomegranate molasses keeps really well without refrigeration. We recommend one year for open bottles and two years for sealed bottles – to be sure that Molassity will hit those taste buds perfectly.

Molassity is made entirely in California, where we grow our organic pomegranates. It’s also where we create and bottle our singular pomegranate molasses. Not to brag, but we’re pretty stoked about our neat carbon footprint situation.

One tablespoon of Molassity is approximately one pomegranate. Each bottle contains 15 servings and from 14 to 16 ripe pomegranates (depending on size).

We only use Wonderful Pomegranates, the best kind for juicing. All our pomegranates are organically grown exclusively in California.

This means we only use one, single ingredient: pomegranates. We use between 14 and 16 pomegranates per bottle and nothing else. That’s One. Single. Ingredient.

Molassity is the first and only certified organic Californian pomegranate molasses in the world. Our organic certification comes from the CCOF

We worry about allergies too, so we made sure that Molassity is made in an allergen-free facility, safe from any potential allergens from:

We only use Wonderful pomegranates in Molassity which are the perfect middle ground between tarty and sweet. There’s a reason they call them Wonderful pomegranates.

At Molassity we never boil our juice, our production process uses a slow-food philosophy. We slowly simmer our pomegranate juice which evaporates the excess water but does not denaturate or destroy the essential nutritional elements of the fruit.
